Gear List Ideas

Tuesday, November 23rd, 2010

Just in case anyone is having a hard time coming up with a few gear list ideas… for our hiking trip  scheduled for that last week in July of 2011.

The goal is for Troop 111 to build our own gear list, and have that drafted before we go into December so that families can work to Be Prepared.

We should begin pack inspections during December meetings, and to do that we need to compile an initial gear checklist for Troop 111.

We will tour Missouri Town 1855 this weekend (10,11,12 Dec., 2010) as well as camp at Landahl Park Reserve.

The December campout (with Missouri Town) is usually one of the best regular campouts because it’s like visiting a living museum and the boys are free to have fun!
