Troop 246 invites us to retire flags

Troop 246 has invited us (Troop 111) to attend a large flag retirement ceremony at the Liberty Memorial on 20-June-2010 at 7:00 PM.

They will need us (Troop 111) to provide:

  1. 20-30 Chairs
  2. Firewood
  3. Fire extinguisher and bucket of water
  4. Fire barrel

[20-June-2010]
We will meet at the St. Sabina Gym at 4:30 PM and travel to the Liberty Memorial South Lawn.
Family and Friends are invited to attend.
The setup begins at 6:15 and the actual event begins at 7:00 PM.
We will return to St. Sabina Gym by 9:00 PM.

Troop 111 to place flags at Belton Cemetary

We will be placing flags on graves at the Belton Cemetary on 29-MAY-2010.

We will meet at 8:30 AM to be completed by 10:30 AM.

Please arrive in Field (Class A) uniform, if you are able to attend.

Friends and family are welcomed.

May 2010 Campout – Knob Noster State Park

We will be camping at Knob Noster State Park for our May, 2010 Campout.

                                  

The theme for the campout will be Orienteering (and maybe a little Geocaching).

Scouts will meet AT Camp Reeder around 10:00 AM on Saturday.  Camping is optional, but a great way to get camping credit and to work on requirements for rank.
